For the efficient operation of pneumatic equipment, it is necessary that, together with the compressed air, moisture, oil, impurities, which can disrupt the functioning and lead to accelerated wear, do not get into it. To solve this problem, WiederKraft has developed and supplied the WDK-7840 oil-moisture separator filter.

The main task of the WDK-7840 filter is to clean the air flow passing to the tool and equipment from dust, oil and moisture impurities.

The module is completed with a replaceable coarse filter element (5 microns). The filter element is made of foamed polyurethane with a ribbed texture, which provides a large filtering surface area and increases its resource.

Optionally, you can order filter elements from 40 microns to 0.01 microns, which allows you to make the cleaning finer or coarser, depending on the tasks. Naturally, the degree of purification affects the throughput of the pneumatic system equipped with a filter module.

WDK-7840 is distinguished by the quality and durability of the materials used. So the filter housing is made of a special alloy, shock-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

The filter is equipped with an automatic condensate drain valve when the pressure in the pneumatic system drops below 1 bar. Thanks to this, the operating personnel do not need to be distracted from their main tasks and monitor the device's performance.

As for the throughput, it is at least 3000 l / min for the WDK-7840. The regulated pressure is up to 10 bar, the maximum pressure is up to 16 bar. Connection - 1/2 ".
